The New Membership Application includes a section with the City of Aurora Volunteer Agreement. This section must be completed in full and signed in order for your membership to be processed. This is a City of Aurora requirement.
Your membership will not be processed until we have received fingerprint clearance from the Aurora Police Department, new membership application fee, and received all three forms listed on this page.
